The hotel had an unbeatable and particularly good location in the middle of Bormio. The classic room was modern, had exceptional views. The service was very good.
Facilities were very nice, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

The Classic Double Room provided an very nice sense of space and cleanliness. The atmosphere impresses with cozy common areas with wood paneling and deep couches. Breakfast filled with a fantastic array of fresh foods was excellent. Direct access to attractions made it convenient to explore. The parking situation proved challenging, particularly for motorbikes. The process of collecting a buzzer from reception every time could be smoother. The shower over the bath felt awkward to use at times. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was good was great.

The rooms are super clean and spacious, along with excellent breakfast options that include a wide range of meats and fresh fruits. The bar on site makes for a comfortable spot to unwind post-adventure, especially with fine views from select rooms.
There were some hiccups with parking. While there's an underground garage, the steep descent made it tricky for low cars, and the additional nightly charge didn't sit well with everyone. Some guests faced issues with room requests not being honored, such as expecting a balcony they didn't get. Wi-Fi was hit or miss, especially in certain rooms, which could be a hassle if you're looking to stay connected. On top of that, not having tea or coffee-making facilities in the room seemed like a miss for comfort-loving travelers.

Perfect family getaway!
The kids loved the jacuzzi in our room. The breakfast was a tasty mix of everything. The little spa was nice for some quiet relaxation. Only bummer was the external parking could get crowded, but the underground option was easy. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend it for families
The staff was friendly, even helped us with local recommendations for dinner. The breakfast was quite good, especially the omelette we ordered, best omelette I've ever had.
It wasn't cheap , but considering the experience, still acceptable.
